The Erasmus Mundus Masters program in Clinical Linguistics (EMCL) is a 24 months full-time interdisciplinary and integrated University program at European level providing training for international students in the fields of:
  • Neurolinguistics
  • Clinical Linguistics
  • Psycholinguistics.
The aim of the EMCL program is to train highly qualified advanced students from the whole world who are excellently prepared for research work and Phd programs in the field of Clinical Linguistics. Please note that EMCL is not a training in speech therapy. More information


The EMCL program is jointly offered by a transnational consortium of three European universities with an integrated study program along with a required student mobility scheme between the participating institutions. More information


Our EMCL alumni compete successfully with PhD-candidates from national programs worldwide. Close to 70% enter international PhD programs after having completed the EMCL program. More information
